2 sticks unsalted butter2 cups sugar2 tsps. vanilla4 eggs3/4 cup baking cocoa1 tsp. xanthum gum1/2 tsp. baking powder1/3 cup sorghum flour1/3 cup potato starch1/3 cup tapioca flour1 cup chopped walnuts
Melt butter in the microwave and add it to the sugar and vanilla. Beat well until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well with each addition. Mix in cocoa, baking powder, xanthum gum, and salt. Mix in flours. Mix in walnuts.
Bake in 9x13 greased pan at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes.
