1 Block Tofu, pressed and cubed1 Cup Water4T Flour (Or 2 T Corn Starch)2 Cloves Garlic1t Ground Ginger1/8 C Sugar1/4 C Soy Sauce1/8 C Rice Vinegar (or White Wine Vinegar)2t Cayenne Pepper2t Olive Oil2 C Broccoli, chopped
Directions
Cook all ingredients in slow cooker on medium heat for 4 hours
