Soak 1/2 cup flax meal in 1/2 cup warm water until thick.
In a separate mixing bowl, add Carbquik & Oat Fiber.
Slowly mix in 2 cups warm water.
Add in spices.
I like to use a tablespoon of salt free seasoning and a dash of garlic powder.
Next, add in the Flax mixture.
Take out 3 solid trays for your dehydrator.
1 cup of mixture per tray.
Spread all around.
High (160 degrees) for 2 hours.
Loosen and flip onto the slotted tray and continue for another 2 hours.
These are very thin and "chip like".
