2 Turkey Thighs with skin & Bone5 oz cremini mushrooms sliced4 Garlic Cloves peeled and cut in half2 TBS Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped2 TBS Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Spray bottom of skillet with Olive Oil Spray. Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Remove mushrooms, and set aside. Wipe out pan and add one TBS olive oil. Season Turkey with Salt and pepper. Add garlic and rosemary and Put Turkey into pan and brown turkey and garlic on all sides.
Return mushrooms to pan and add broth, scraping bottom of pan with wooden spoon, to pick up all the flavor. Cook about 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Sprinkle tomatoes Cook about 5 minutes more.
