1/2 lb dry lentils1 c diced tomatoes1 c chopped carrots1 & 1/2 c chopped celery1 c chopped onion1/2 tsp garlic powder1-14.5 oz can chicken broth1/3 c tomato sauce4 c water1/2 tsp salt
Directions
mix all ingredients and simmer 1 hour
