One pound diced pork butt1/2 cup chopped onion1 tbsp cinnamon2 tsp ground clovessalt and pepeer to taste2 large potatoes, diceddough for about 4 biscuits (bisquick or refridgerator type)water or broth to moisten
preheat oven to 350Fdegrees.
dice meat and onion. toss with spices in large bowl, cover and set aside. peel and dice potatoes and divide into 4 oven safe (soufle-type) dishes. divide meat mixture among the dishes. flatten biscuit dough to cover meat, almost to edges of the dish. Add enough water or broth to where its visible at meat level, cover dishes with foil and place them on a baking sheet to prevent mess in case of spill-over. Bake about one hour, checking fluid level after 1/2 hour and again at 45 minutes. Should be moist but not soupy.
