Ingredients
12 - Large eggs1 cup - Turkey sausage crumbles2/3 cup - 3 Pepper & Onion Blend1/2 cup - Chopped Spinach1/4 cup - Low moisture, Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Distribute evenly among 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Once cooled, may refrigerate or freeze.
