Anchovies, 30 grams, finely choppedTuna in spring water, 1 canCelery, 2 stalks, finely choppedGreen peppers, 2 finely choppedPicked onions, 10 quarteredDried tomatoes, 6 choppedGherkins, choppedChilli peppers red, 2-3 choppedLettuce Romaine, 2 hearts choppedOlive oilBalsamic VinegarBlack pepperLemon zest from 1 lemon
Directions
Mix ingredients, add pepper and lemon zest and leave for an hour. Whisk oil with balsamic vinegar and add.
