Bluberry Walnut Bread

Ingredients
1 cup flour3/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp salt2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)1 cup walnuts6 TBSP melted butter2 eggs, lightly beaten1 tsp almond extract
Directions
Begin by combining the first 3 dry ingredients in large bowl. Add the blueberries and walnuts and toss to coat with flour mixture.
In another bowl, Melt butter and add slightly beaten eggs. Add almond extract and mix well. Add to flour mixture and mix just until well blended. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pie shaped slices
