Brandi's Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps

3/4 package imitation crab meat, finely chopped24 medium fresh mushrooms1 tbsp. margarine2 cloves garlic, minced1 pkg. philadelphia light cream cheese, softened1/2 cup grated parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Clean mushrooms and remove the stems. You can also scrape out the gills if desired.
Heat cream cheese and margarine over medium-low heat until melted.
Chop crab meat and garlic; add to cream cheese mixture along with salt and pepper and heat through, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Pack crab mixture into the mushroom caps. Place mushrooms in a muffin tin and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Bake the mushrooms for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is brown. Serve hot.
Makes 24 mushrooms.
