1 lb raw chuck roast, fat trimmed to 0", home ground12 Old ElPaso Taco Shells1 package Old ElPaso Taco Seasoning1 can Bush's chili hot beans3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Brown beef and add seasoning according to taco seasoning package instructions.
Heat and mash beans in separate small pot.
Heat taco shells according to package directions.
When beef is cooked, divide beef and beans evenly among all shells. Top with equal amounts of cheese, sour cream, and taco sauce. Serve immediately.
