Avocado Tomato Salad Dressing (DF)

Ingredients
1 avocado, pitted1 cup chopped tomatoes, unpeeled, unseeded2 Tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic, minced2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley OR 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil OR 1 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado and place in a small blender. mix all spices with avocado in blender till smooth.
