Tani's Fish Tacos

Ingredients
Tilapia, one pound8 small tortillasMix 1 Tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp white vinegar and stir into 1 cup of shredded cabbage and optional cilantro to taste Your favorite salsa or tomatilla sauce
Directions
Spray skillet or use scant amount of olive oil. Add fish and heat. Place in 350 degree oven until the fish is flaky. Place fish on top of soft flour tortilla, add shredded cabbage mixture followed by your salsa or sauce. Serve

Serving Size: Makes 8 fish tacos (2oz tilapia per taco)
