Pork Sinigang

Ingredients
*Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 2 lb(remove)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cupSpinach, fresh, 3 cupGarlic, .125 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGreen Beans (snap), 2 cup*Better than Bullion (Chicken), 2 tspCabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped*Lemon Juice, .25 cup*Onion powder, 2 tbspGarlic powder, 2 tbsp1 can of diced tomatoesOptional:tamarind fruit instead of lemon juicefish sauce instead of bullion
Directions
cut pork into 2" chunks, bones will be included. Put pork into slow cooker with 6 cups water along with chopped onion and chopped garlic. Cook on high 4 hours. Add remaining ingrediants: tomatoes, green beans, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, lemon juice, onion & garlic powder and cook for another 2 hours.
