Healthy Egg and Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
6 fresh egg whites3 large eggs, beaten with egg whites.2 cups shredded Arugula1 cup chopped red pepper1 cup chopped sweet onion3 tsp fresh garlic, chopped fine3 slices of turkey bacon, chopped1/2 cup Kraft sharp cheddar, shredded1 large whole red tomato, chopped
Directions
Beat Egg/Egg whites together. set aside.

cook on stove top, garlic, onion and turkey bacon. Once cooked (about 5 mins, bacon does not have to be crisp) remove from heat. Mix with all other ingreadiants into a 13x9 dish, except cheese.

Pour egg mix over dish, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. About 20-25 minutes at 375.
