Rotini Mushroom Ground Beef

1 lb of extra lean ground beef1 medium onion chopped.1 - 10 oz. can of mushrooms1 10 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup 2 cups of uncooked rotini noodles
Cook rotini noodles as normal, and set aside.
Brown ground beef and onions and mushrooms together, drain fat.
Stir in noodles to the meat and then add the can of mushroom soup keep stirring until the soup has covered the meat and noodles. Add 2 tbsp of garlic powder, 2 tbsp of onion salt, 1 tbsp of black pepper and a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce. Cook on low like this for about 15 mins stir occasionally.
