banana topped oatmeal protein pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1 scoop Whey Gourmet Vanilla Ice Cream Rpyale Protein Powder, 1 serving 1/3 cup Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, .3 cup 1/3 cup Milk, nonfat1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract4 packs Splenda1/2 Banana, fresh, small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 1/4 cup ( or so) Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
1.Mix dry ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth.
2. Beat egg sub. and cream of tartar until "airy"
3. Add milk gradually, add to blender and mix gradually.
4.Cook on non-stick pan. until bubbles form, then flip.
5. Top with sliced banana and syrup! Enjoy!
