White Bean Light Hummus

Ingredients
15.5 oz Great Northern Beans, drained4 cloves of garlicjuice and zest of one lemonsea saltfresh cracked pepper
Directions
In the food processor, pulse garlic until fine.

Rinse beans and add them to the processor, along with the juice of one whole lemon, the zest of one lemon, a pinch of sea salt, fresh cracked pepper.

Pulse until nearly smooth. Keep refrigerated.
