Sauteed Mushroom Turkey Cheddar Burger

1 pound Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup Crispy Rice CerealEgg)2 cloves minced GarlicMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning- I use Steakhouse Onion Burger but really your favorite seasoning will do (to taste) 1 cup chunked white onion 1 cup sliced mushroom 2 tbsp A-1 steak sauce 1 cup cheddar cheese 6 burger buns (any, but this calorie count is for cheap white bread buns)
Mix ground turkey, egg, crispy rice, garlic, and seasoning in bowl; form patties. Shred cheese, set aside. In skillet, medium heat, sautee onion and mushroom in A-1 sauce ( cover for better results). Grill burgers on griddle until cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese over cooked burgers and top with onion/mushroom mix. Add other condiments to taste.
