add 1 can ea of black beansblackeye peas,,,drain to this add 2 cans of white shoepeg corn, drained...set asidechop cilantro, green onion, and 1 whole green bell pepper....combine beans/corn with the vegggiesnow add two cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies plus 1 full bottle of fat free italian salad dressing....let this marinate for 1 hr then enjoy...I put it in a large plastic container with a tight lid and keep in frig.
