1/2 cup skim milk1 cup fresh strawberry halves1 1/2 cups fresh spinach1 cup ice
Directions
Slice fresh strawberries into halves
Layer ice, strawberries, spinach, and milk into a blender
Blend until smooth
Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve cold
