Bean Cakes with jalapenos and lime mayo dressing

Ingredients
1 clove garlic4 scallions, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 1 can (19oz) white kidney beans, drained and rinsed3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1/4 tsp pepperpinch salt1 large egg1/4 cup yellow cornmeal1 tbsp olive oil1/3 cup reduced fat Miracle Whip1 tsp fresh lime juice
Directions
In food processor, pulse together garlic, scallions and jalapeno pepper until finely chopped. Add beans,bread crumbs, parsley, pepper, salt and egg; pulse until combined, leaving pieces of bean. Form into 8 2-inch round patties. Gently dredge in cornmeal, refrigerate in single layer for 10 minutes.
In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook patties, turning once, until golden, 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir mayonnaise with lime juice. Serve with bean cakes.
