1 cup pinto beans, cooked (if using canned, rinse well to remove excess salt)1/2 cup canned diced tomato, no salt added1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced bell peppers1 tbs tomato paste1 tsp Chili powder1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp paprikadash crushed red pepper
I prefer to use dry beans, soaked over night, then cooked in crock pot.
Mix all ingredients in small saucepan, simmer until hot.
