Lentil Soup for the Slow Cooker

Ingredients
4 Med carrots slicedsmall onion choppedtsp ground cumin1/2 T adobo seasoning1 can 14-14.5 oz diced tomatoes1 can vegetable broth (1.75 cup)1 cup dried lentils (red look nice)1 bag (5 oz) baby spinach
Directions
Mix together ingredients in slow cooker, except spinach. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add spinach and let sit about 10 min. serve with parmagean if needed.
