roasted broccoli, carrots & peppers

Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli1 large pepper - red or yellow1 large carrots sliced on the diagonalmr. dash seasoninggarlic powderonion powdersalt pepper
Directions
chop all veggies into larger uniform pieces, place in large plastic storage bag add evoo and spices to taste. pour into glass baking dish and roast at 425 covered with foil until tender crisp.
