1can each:Black beansWhite beansKidney beansCooked lentilsSirloin cubesDiced seasoned tomatoesSwanson Beef Broth (1 carton)1/2 onion Quick cook barleyBrown rice
Mix all ingredients and cook until beef cubes are well done. I used a crock pot on high for several hours.
