3 Cups Quick Oats1/2 Cup Coconut1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips1/2 Cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter1/2 Cup Honey1/2 Cup Melted Butter2 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
Mix together first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix brown sugar, peanut butter, honey & vanilla in a small bowl. Add warm melted butter to sugar mixture and stir gently untill butter is incorporated.
Pour sugar mixture into dry ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 24 1.5"x3" bars
