Spicy Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts- canola oil for cooking-flour -3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar-1 tbsp brown sugar-1 tbsp soy sauce-1/2 deseeded dried red pepper-1-2 green onion stalks- veggies(snap peas, green besans, brocolli, etc.)
Directions
1. lightly flour chicken pieces to prevent sticking and cook in canola oil( if real spicyness is desired add red pepper now, if milder add with other seasoning
2. when chicken's color changes, add veggies and green onion
3. when everything is cooked add vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce
4. cook until sauce thickens
