*Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices*Onions, raw, .5 large*Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated*Garlic, .75 clove*Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 0.5 cup*Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips*Sesame Oil, 5 tbsp*Tamari Ginger dressing, 2 tbsp*Yam Vermicelli, 1 cup*Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp*Garlic powder, .5 tsp*Onion powder, .5 tsp*Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Start out by stir frying your garlic, onions, mushroom, and sesame oil together. Then add your green pepper and carrots shavings. Before you start cutting the chicken, prepare your noodles according to the packaging. Then add your chicken to the stir fried veggies and the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cover and stir occasionally to ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through. Add the ginger dressing. Add the noodles once they are ready and sprinkle the soy sauce over it.
Serving Size: We put our meal into a cereal bowl. Delicious!
