Kristin's Kansas City Tri Tip

Ingredients
Beef, tri tip steak approx. 1 lb (usually cut in beef rib sized strips)Liquid Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 drops on both sides of steak (rub in)Paprika, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 500. Foil line a cookie sheet. Combine all dry ingredients. Place steaks on foil. Drop 1-2 drops of liquid splenda in both sides of steaks and spread/rub in with fingers. Sprinkle dry mix to all sides of steak and rub into steaks. Cook for 30 min @ 500. Then turn off heat and leave in oven for another 30-45 min. Do not open oven during! EAT!
