Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 3 cups cooked Cucumber, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped Bell pepper, 1 cup, chopped *Parsely, raw 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .25 cup, slice very thin Fresh Mint, 2 tablespoons, chopped Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Lemon juice, 4 tbsp *Feta Cheese - Low Fat, 12 oz Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic, fresh, chopped, 2 Tablespoons
Cook quinoa as instructed on box. Let cool.
Add all other ingredients into a large bowl.
Add the quinoa after it is cooled and mix well.
