300g (just over 2 cups) fresh ground flour1c wheat bran4 TBS ground flax4 TBS flax seed1 TBS instant yeast8g (2tsp?) salt290g (1.25c) water30g melted butter30g honey
Combine dry ingredients except flax seed. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and mix. Let sit 15 min. Knead 20 min (or use dough hook & mixer). Knead in seeds during last 5 min. Rise 1 hour. Form loaf. Rise 30 min. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
