Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Been1 lb Extra Lean Ground Chicken (Or Turkey)1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs1 Large Egg1 Medium Onion, diced2 tbsp Parsley, chopped1 tbsp Garlic Powder or Fresh GarlicSalt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide into 12 bar mini loaf pan. If you do not have a mini loaf pan shape into 12 equal sized portions. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Top each loaf with a squirt of ketchup.
