Ham Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup Red Onions2 slices Can Pineapple3 oz Hormel Black Label Ham1 Extra Large Egg1/4 cup Nishiki White Rice1 tbsp Green Onions (optional)1 tbsp Cilantro (optional)1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Chopped up red onion, green onions & cilantro, cut pineapple and ham into cubes. Beat up one egg. When using leftover rice, loosen it before frying.

Heat up wok with oil. Sauteed the red onions & ham till a little brown. Then add in pineapple & egg. Give it a few quick stir and add in rice. Stir fry till egg is done. Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
