baked halibut

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh cubed halibut1 medium egg, whipped1/2 - 1 c italian bread crumbs
Directions
clean and cube fish
whip egg in small bowl
dip each piece of fish in egg
pour 1/2 - 1 c crumbs into shall flat dish
dip and roll each piece of fish
place on cooking rack
bake 20 mins on high in Nuwave oven
