Ingredients
2 Red potatoes, medium size1/4 cup of parmesan grated cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprikaOlive oil. 1 tbsp.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut washed potatoes into 8 wedges. place in bowl sprinkle olive oil and parmesan grated cheese, garlic powder and paprika. and toss until covered place on baking sheet. (non stick works well and you don't have to add oil on it). Baked 10 min each side. serve hot with you choice of condiments. makes 2 servings if you want more double it. these were good.
