Ingredients:**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp(remove)Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo(remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp(remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp(remove)Salt, 1 dash(remove)
Directions
Mix all ingriedients in a microwave safe bowl.
cook in microwave on high for 1 minute.
Let cool for one minute.
then turn the bun out of the bowl, upsidedown.
wait one more minute, slice and serve.
