Wild Rice Pan Cakes

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup cooked wild rice1/4 cup walnuts1/4 cup finely diced carrots1/4 cup finely chopped celery1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/4 - 1/2 cup leeks or green onions1/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1 large eggolive oil, for frying
Directions
Mix rice, walnuts and vegetables with the egg.
Mix flour and baking powder together, then mix with the rest. Spoon into a hot oiled pan and fry.
