Ingredients
6 Eggstsp garlic1/2 tsp of tomato basil garlic Mrs. Dash (r)2 roma tomatos1/4 cup of dince onion1 cup of spinach 1/2 cup of reduced fat feta cheese
Directions
put all ingrediants in a bowl and mix and put in loaf pan or muffin pan. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
