Easy Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients
4 Cage free eggs6 T coconut flour2/3 cup coconut milkKosher saltLard
Directions
Lightly beat eggs in mixing bowl with milk. Add flour, and a dash of salt.

Heat 1-2 T lard in skillet on medium heat. scoop 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, gently spreading out in pan. Cook about 2 minutes, flip and cook for 1 minute more. Top with your favorite toppings.
