Strawberry Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 small eggs, whisked2 cups buttermilk1/2 cup water2 Tbsp. canola oil1 tsp. salt1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup all purpose flour1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder18 large strawberries, chopped3 Tbsp. pancake syrup per serving
Directions
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Pour both flours into the bowl, without mixing. Add salt, soda and powder. Gently whisk until mixed thoroughly. Chop strawberries and add to the mixture. Spray a griddle with cooking spray and heat to 350. Using a serving spoon, ladle 2 spoonfuls onto the griddle per pancake. The mixture is very thin, but will cook up like a flat pancake.
