Chocolate bites

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup cocoa powder1 Tbsp. coconut oil1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels2 Tbsp. coconut
Directions
In a food processor, process walnuts until finely ground. Add dates. Process until combined. Add cocoa powder and coconut oil. Process until no streaks of different colors and all combined.
Dump into bowl. Will be stiff dough. Work in chocolate morsels.
Create balls. Have a plate or shallow bowl with coconut ready. Scoop one teaspoon of dough, roll between hands, then roll in coconut. cover with coconut, then roll between your hands to press it in. You want a light coating to make them less sticky to pick up.
Chill. Keep in fridge. Best made up day before.
