Ingredients
14 oz package of Lite silken tofu8 oz pack age of fat free cream cheese12 Tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder or reduced fat peanut butter1 cup granulated splenda.
Directions
Place tofu, cream cheese, peanut butter and splenda in food processor and blend until smooth and completely mixed. Pour into pudding cups. Chill 2 hours . Makes 5 servings 135 calories each,
