seafood curry soup

Ingredients
1.5 T canola oil1 small onion. diced1 clove garlic, minced1 large carrot, diced1tsp mustard1 tsp curry powder1 cup veggie broth.75 cup frozen corn12 oz frozen endamame soy beans.5 pkg frozen artichokes8 cups water1 pkg (16 oz) trader joe's seafood blend1 cup skim milk
Directions
fry onion, garlic in oil
add mustard, curry, carrots and sautee
add veggie broth
add all frozen veggies (soybeans, artichokes and corn)
add water
add seafood blend
simmer till seafood is cooked, add milk, heat for a few minutes
serve hot

    According to the world, it's not endamame, but edamame.
    They're unripe. The world does exist outside the USA. Other folks sell bags of various cooked seafoods....even, in Europe. Like, my local Chinese supermarket, in Manchester England. - 8/15/13
