Introduction

Got the basic recipe from Weight Watchers and just kept adding things! :) Super yummy! Got the basic recipe from Weight Watchers and just kept adding things! :) Super yummy!

Ingredients

    2 15 oz. Cans of garbonzo beans
    1/2 sliced jalapeno pepper
    cilantro to taste, about a tbls usually does it.
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt

Directions

Throw all the ingredients into a blender (hint: put the yogurt in first) and then blend until smooth! Eat with cucmber slices to keep the recipe as healthy as possible!

    Great substituting Yogurt instead of Tahini. But i think it needs at least two bunches of Cilantro to get the Cilantro taste or else you will taste the beans - 3/21/11
