Rio Grande Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef15-oz bag of Spanish Rice2 eggs1/4 cup instant minced onion1/2 teaspoon saltwater
Directions
Combine beef, rice, eggs, onion & salt. Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Mine filled 14 muffin tins.
