Ingredients
Whole Wheat TortillaColby Jack CheeseGuacamoleLettuceRed OnionGrape TomatoGreen Chile SalsaGround Beef, all naturalGarlic SaltCuminChili Powder
Directions
Brown ground beef (I only use natural ground beef with no hormones, etc.) in a skillet with a few shakes of garlic salt, cumin and chili powder (season to taste). While the ground beef is browning, tear lettuce, slice tomatoes and onions, and bake the tortilla in a shell bowl at 400 degree preheated oven. Once the ground beef is cooked, layer the ingredients in the tortilla bowl. Layer lettuce, beef, grated cheese, salsa and guacamole. Place tomato wedges in the folds of the tortilla bowl and enjoy!!
