Margie's Skinny Buttermilk Pie

2 Cup Splenda1/4 Tsp salt1/2 Cup butter spray1 Cup buttermilk3 Tbs Flour9 Tbs of Egg Beaters9" Unbaked piecrust with edges of crust crimped high
In a large mixing bowl, gradually beat the sucralose into the butter spray with an electric mixer, beating till mixture is well blended.
Beat in the egg substitute, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine the flour and salt. Gradually beat these dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
Pour the egg-buttermilk filling into the piecrust.
Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the top.
Bake the pie in a 300 degree F. oven for 1 hour and
15-20 minutes or till the buttermilk filling is set.
Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
