German Cabbage and Potato Soup

Ingredients
16 oz. pork kielbasa- sliced1 onion- diced2 potatos- diced1 small head of cabbage- cut up into 1-2 in. chunks2 large boxes of chicken broth (about 8 cups)
Directions
brown onion and kielbasa together in a large stock pot- kielbasa should have enough fat so that you do not need to add oil. add cabbage and potato, cover with broth and simmer on Med. for 30 min. or until cabbage is as soft as you like and potatos are cooked through.
