6 - eggs, whole1/2 c - milk, 2%1/4 c - Cauliflower, florets1/4 c - Broccoli, florets1 tsp - Land O' Lakes Sharp Cheddar Seasoning3 dash - Salt & Pepper (each)
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees
2. Steam veggies for 5 minutes until slightly tender
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
4. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray (or use liners)
5. Fill each muffin opening 1/2 way
6. Bake 20 minutes until slightly browned on top
7. Sprinkle with Sharp Cheddar Seasoning
